SECOND CHEF JOE

Joe is a hibachi chef with five years experience cooking. He entertains his guests with a unique fire show using his chef hat. When he’s not cooking at Mito, Joe enjoys a good cocktail with friends.

Chef Adam

Adam has been a chef cooking for over 15 years, with 21 years in the hospitality industry.  He enjoys being a chef and creating a unique experience for everyone he is a chef for. Chef Adam enjoy’s going to the gym, and being with friends and family. Chef Adam says “if you like to drink, all you have to do is show up and open your mouth.”

HEAD CHEF STEVE

Steve is a teppan chef at Mito. He has worked in 15 states and has as knack for flair when he cooks. Steve does a special show with fire-shakers. He spends his free time staying fit, fishing, and watching soccer.
